1. About TelyClaw

TelyClaw is an AI-powered messaging enhancement platform. Our Services include:

• AI Chat Summarization & Smart Reply Suggestions
• Translation & Entity Recognition
• Scheduling & Personalized Assistant Services
• Multimodal Understanding (Images, Audio, Video)

TelyClaw integrates with third-party messaging platforms (e.g., Telegram). Use of those platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies.

2. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, we process your data based on:

• Contractual Necessity: To provide the Services you requested.
• Legitimate Interests: To improve our AI models, ensure security, and prevent fraud.
• Consent: Where you have explicitly granted permission (e.g., for optional AI training).

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

• Account Data: Name, email, and profile preferences.
• User Content: Messages, documents, or media you submit for AI processing. Note: We recommend not submitting highly sensitive personal keys or credentials.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and feature interaction logs.

3.3 Integration Data

When connected to platforms like Telegram, we process chat metadata (such as timestamps and group IDs) and the message context needed for the feature you request. Selected content may be sent to an authorized AI provider. Content may also be retained when features such as "AI Memory" or "Semantic Search" are enabled, subject to the controls described below.

4. AI Processing & Model Training

TelyClaw uses application infrastructure and authorized external AI services to provide requested AI workflows.

• No Public Training: We do not use your private, identifiable content to train public foundation models without your explicit opt-in consent.
• Opt-Out Right: You may opt-out of data collection for service improvement at any time through the "Privacy Settings" menu.

5. Third-Party Sub-processors

Depending on the feature and current configuration, service providers may host infrastructure or run AI models. Provider availability and routing can change, so the active provider for a particular request may differ. Provider categories may include:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Providers such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Cloudflare.
• AI Models: Authorized AI services used to provide model options from DeepSeek, OpenAI, and Google Gemini.

Before using a workflow with sensitive content, contact us if you need confirmation of the active provider, processing region, or provider-specific retention controls.

5.1 AI Model Providers and Model Selection

TelyClaw provides a fixed selection of AI models from DeepSeek, OpenAI, and Google Gemini. Users can select only the models available in the TelyClaw app; TelyClaw does not currently support custom model providers, personal API keys, or external model integrations.

As of August 21, 2026, the model selector includes DeepSeek V4 Flash, DeepSeek V4 Pro, GPT-5.4 mini, GPT-5.4, Gemini 3.5 Flash, and Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview. Model availability and preview capabilities may change as the product is updated.

• Text workflows: Use one of the models currently offered in the app.
• Image recognition: Supported by GPT-5.4 mini, GPT-5.4, Gemini 3.5 Flash, and Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview.
• Video recognition: Supported by Gemini 3.5 Flash and Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview.
• Unsupported media: If the selected model does not support an uploaded image or video, TelyClaw prompts the user to choose a compatible model before processing. TelyClaw does not silently replace the selected model.

Content required for a requested task may be sent through authorized services used to provide the selected model. Processing location, logging, retention, and other provider-specific practices can vary by service and configuration. Do not submit sensitive content unless the applicable processing terms meet your requirements.

6. Google API Services Integration

TelyClaw offers optional integrations with Google API Services to power AI-assisted productivity features within the app. When you choose to connect your Google account via OAuth, TelyClaw accesses specific Google services solely to deliver the features you explicitly request. TelyClaw's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6.1 Authorization & Scope

Google integration is entirely optional. You must explicitly authorize each Google service you wish TelyClaw to access. Authorization is performed through Google's standard OAuth 2.0 consent screen, where you can review the exact permissions being requested before granting access. You may connect or disconnect individual Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) independently through the app settings. You can revoke TelyClaw's access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

6.2 Google Services Accessed

With your per-service consent, TelyClaw may access the following Google services:

• Gmail — Read, organize, search, compose, and send emails in your Gmail account on your behalf. This enables AI-assisted features such as: drafting and sending email replies, searching your inbox for relevant messages, managing labels and drafts, summarizing email threads, and batch organizing messages. TelyClaw uses the gmail.modify and gmail.send scopes.
• Google Calendar — View, create, update, and delete calendar events, check free/busy availability across your calendars, and create Google Meet video conference links. This enables AI-assisted scheduling, event management, and meeting coordination. TelyClaw uses the calendar and calendar.events scopes.
• Google Drive — Search, read, create, update, move, copy, upload, download, and export files and folders in your Google Drive. Also includes managing file sharing permissions and viewing revision history. This enables AI-assisted file organization, document retrieval, and content export. TelyClaw uses the drive scope.

In addition, TelyClaw requests your email address (email scope) and OpenID Connect identity (openid scope) to identify the connected Google account and display it within the app.

6.3 How Google User Data Is Used

Google user data accessed through the APIs listed above is used exclusively to fulfill the AI-assisted features you invoke within TelyClaw. Specifically:

• Processing is user-initiated: Google data is only accessed when you issue a request or enable a feature that requires it — for example, asking the AI to find a recent email, schedule a meeting, or locate a Drive file.
• Task-scoped processing: Google data is retrieved for the feature you request. TelyClaw does not intend to create a separate permanent copy of complete Google Drive files, Gmail messages, or Calendar events solely for task processing; AI Memory, security logs, provider handling, and legal requirements may create separately described retention conditions.
• AI Memory exception: If you have enabled AI Memory or Semantic Search features, selected content derived from Google data (e.g., a summary of an email you asked the AI to remember) may be stored in your personal AI memory until you choose to delete it. You may manage or clear your AI memory at any time in the app settings.

6.4 How Google Data Is Stored & Protected

• Credential handling: OAuth credentials are used to maintain the Google connection. TelyClaw does not make an absolute public claim that every credential and refresh operation is exclusively on-device while the current production implementation is being verified.
• Request routing: The path used for a Google API request can depend on the feature and deployment configuration. Selected Google content may also be sent to an authorized AI sub-processor when needed for the task you request, as described in Section 6.5.
• Data-in-transit is protected by TLS encryption for all Google API communication.
• Restricted access: Google user data is intended to be processed programmatically for the requested feature. Any exceptional access needed for security, support, or legal compliance must be limited to authorized personnel and handled under applicable controls.

6.5 Data Sharing & Transfer

TelyClaw does not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond providing the features you have requested. Google user data is not used to train public AI models.

When you ask TelyClaw to process Google data (for example, summarizing an email or analyzing a calendar), the content may be sent through authorized AI services used to provide the selected model, including model options from DeepSeek, OpenAI, or Google Gemini. Provider-specific processing, logging, retention, and training controls can vary by service and configuration. Please refer to Section 5 (Third-Party Sub-processors) for the current disclosure.

6.6 Revoking Access

You may disconnect TelyClaw from your Google account at any time:

• From TelyClaw: Use the "Disconnect Google Account" option in the app settings to remove the connection from the app. Because credential and deletion behavior can depend on the current implementation, also revoke access from your Google Account to ensure Google stops accepting the connection.
• From Google: Visit your Google Account permissions page and remove TelyClaw from the list of connected apps. This revokes TelyClaw's access from Google's side.

After you disconnect the app and revoke access through Google, TelyClaw should no longer be able to request new Google data through that connection. Any previously AI-processed content stored in AI Memory remains until you clear it.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

• Task Processing Data: Application copies used only for a task are intended to be released or deleted after the task completes. Provider retention, security logs, backups, and legal obligations may follow separate periods and controls.
• AI Memory: Stored until you reset your memory or delete your account.
• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you have the following rights:

• Right to Access & Portability: Request a copy of your data.
• Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your account or specific AI memories.
• Right to Rectification: Correct inaccurate information.
• Right to Object: Opt-out of specific data processing activities.

9. Data Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and data involved, including encrypted network connections where supported. Safeguards and provider configurations can vary by component. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and provider safeguards. Contact us if you need information about the mechanism applicable to a specific processing activity.

11. Children's Privacy

TelyClaw is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use after updates signifies your acceptance.
